Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Check your tracking link in your confirmation email or contact us if you haven't received it within 4 days of ordering.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and resolve it.
