We want you to love your GlowHaven order. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. To start a return, email us at hello@glowinghaven.store with your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item. Just send us a photo.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
